Is the size I order the canvas size or the frame size?
All sizes shown are final frame sizes when hung on the wall.
How do I care for my canvas?
To maintain & increase the lifespan of your canvas art do not expose to continuous, strong sunlight or moisture. Do not clean with a wet/damp cloth, a light hoover with the brush attachment will get rid of any dust on the surface.
Which credit/debit cards do you accept?

How much is delivery?
We offer free delivery in the UK, including Northern Ireland.
Do your prices include VAT?
All prices on the site include VAT.
What if I do not own the image I want to send?
It is your responsibility to ensure you are not infringing copyright and have the necessary permissions to reproduce an image onto canvas. It will be you who will be responsible if there are any copyright issues after we have printed your canvas.
Which images will give the best results?
This is all down to the resolution of your digital images. In all cases the bigger the image the better, use your camera's highest quality setting but don't worry if your image size is small, we can enlarge it without too much drop in quality but please dont expect a huge picture from a tiny file, its just not possible.
What file formats can you accept?
If you are uploading your own picture, then please make sure that the file extension ends with .jpg
How do I use a physical photo?
If you want to use a physical photo, please scan your image at a minimum of 300dpi resolution and ideally 600dpi for best results. As a rule of thumb, 100 pixels is required for every inch printed. As an example, imagine you scan a photo that is 6x4 inches. Scanning at 300dpi would result in a digital image that is 1800x1200 pixels (6x300=1800 and 4x300=1200). This 1800x1200 image would then be suitable for prints up to 18x12 inches in size. If you want a larger print, then you need to increase the dpi setting.
How long does it take to get my prints?
Your stretched canvas prints will be dispatched in 5-7 working days.
Will the colours I see on screen be the same as the finished canvas?
We cannot guarantee this as individual monitor settings can vary. If there is a particular colour match you need please contact us for more information.
